Fall 2008 (Sept. 24 - Dec. 10)
For the fall season, the DBA will be offering an 8 game season. All games, 45 minutes long, will be held on Wednesday nights at South Metro Sports. Games will be held at 9:00PM, 9:45PM, 10:30PM for the first part of the season; 8:00PM, 8:45PM, 9:30PM after that.
Assuming that at least six teams sign up, teams will choose between a competitive league and a recreational league. The rec league is a fun option for players of all skill levels. The competitive league operates at a much faster pace, and while you don't have to be a pro, it is not recommended for beginners. Players may only play on one team per league.
The cost to play is $600 per team or $60 per person. Teams usually consist of 10 players. Payment will be collected at the first game. If a player or team has not paid by the start of their second game, they will not be permitted on the ice. All checks should be made out to the Dayton Broomball Association.
